Benefits of healing in a Group setting:
Build community; being part of a community can help you feel a sense of belonging and connectedness.
Increases the healing potential through shared experiences, which creates a sense of understanding and empathy.
Hearing others’ stories can validate personal experiences, reducing feelings of loneliness and stigma.
Group sessions are led by experienced and trained facilitators who can manage group dynamics helping members process and integrate their experiences and provide appropriate support.
This setting provides life-long connections and support between individuals in the group to continue to integrate their shared experiences after the series has ended.
Group therapy is often more cost-effective than individual therapy, making it more accessible to a larger number of people.
