Benefits of healing in a Group setting:

• Build community; being part of a community can help you feel a sense of belonging and connectedness.

• Increases the healing potential through shared experiences, which creates a sense of understanding and empathy.

• Hearing others’ stories can validate personal experiences, reducing feelings of loneliness and stigma.

• Group sessions are led by experienced and trained facilitators who can manage group dynamics helping members process and integrate their experiences and provide appropriate support.

• This setting provides life-long connections and support between individuals in the group to continue to integrate their shared experiences after the series has ended.

• Group therapy is often more cost-effective than individual therapy, making it more accessible to a larger number of people.
